You will reach as high as you aim. Coach Scott outlines your individual plan and sets forth progress benchmarks. Attainable benchmarks. As you experience results, more results follow. Always.
That's it. And, it works. Not sometimes, but always when you implement the plan.
Well, it certainly is not complicated. Just clearly defined goals with measurable results.
Scott has dozens upon dozens of rags to coaching success stories. Yours can be next...
Scott Anderson works with professionals, executives, and entrepreneurs who are committed to dramatically change course and live more joyfully and completely.
In many cases, Scott is retained directly by individual clients. He is also engaged by corporations and institutions to help specific staff realize their true potential.
Scott supports his clients in creating and implementing winning strategies that bring passion and fulfillment back to their careers, vocations, relationships, and most importantly, their spiritual lives.
Scott's approach to coaching is about asking big questions, taking big actions, and achieving big results.
Coaching is different for each client. Words we hear a lot are "inspiration", "accountability", "focus", "sounding board", "clarity", "support", "validation".
The bottom line is we're pursuing a specific result that makes a big difference in your life.
Coaching is not therapy. We are not much interested in the past. Or in your "problems". We laser focus on solutions and success.
Coaching is also not about delegating work only you can do. Make no mistake: you will do the work. Scott will provide the challenge, the structure, the encouragement, and a friendly kick in the a#* from time to time if necessary!
The magic of this process is discovering that you have all the answers inside you and you always have. But this discovery depends on you taking action and reaching well beyond your traditional "comfort zone".
Your goals drive the coaching process. The focus is on you and what you want to achieve. To that extent, Scott's process is entirely customized to you.
This will allow you to discuss your goals (or the difficulty you may be having in defining them), to meet Scott, and to determine if this is a fit for you. Chemistry is extremely important - you should "trust your gut" entirely.
If the free introductory session feels right to you, Scott will send you a welcome package, including:
i. Goals Assessment
ii. Coaching Agreement (which includes Scott's policies and procedures)
iii. Fee Menu
Scott has found that to define goals, identify and overcome primary obstacles, and create a detailed plan that can realistically achieve your objectives, a minimum commitment of six to twelve consecutive weekly phone sessions is required, with corresponding assignments, completed by you.
Consistent, consecutive weekly phone calls and assignments are critical for breaking the old habits you are stuck in, and establishing the new ones that will set you free!
In the free introductory session, Scott will help you determine whether your goal(s) can be addressed in six or twelve sessions and will outline how this process may unfold.
Scott principally coaches clients over the phone - although he is happy to meet with you in person if it is practical.
Each session is 55 minutes long. The agenda is driven by you and what you want to achieve. But typically, the primary discussion revolves around your weekly written assignment - which should be emailed 48 hours prior to your appointment.
Scott is happy to respond to emails between sessions. But emails don't take the place of weekly writing assignments.
At the conclusion of each session, Scott will ask you to assess the call and provide him with any guidance you may have to help him help you get the most of our your coaching experience.

"Scott Anderson is an extraordinary talent. While his skills have been proven in the arena of advertising and public relations, he is also a valued advisor and mentor to people charged with big responsibilities. While heading corporate communication for a Fortune 100 company, I hired Scott and his agency and introduced them to many individuals within my firm who found value and hired them for long-term projects. More importantly, Scott, with his great perspective and level head, served as a confidant and advisor, which in my position I had few such sources to draw from within the organization."
"Scott provided perspective, encouragement, guidance, prudence, judgment and the kind of core values that are needed by people charged with the success of large and small organizations alike."
"I value his friendship and his sage advice. As a college professor now, I see the value that people like Scott bring to the process of making business work better. But, few do it as well and as authentically as Scott Anderson."

"I have dealt with Scott Anderson for a number of years, in regards to consulting as well as an advertising agency and I have found Scott's ability to not only think strategically but also to come up with tactical steps in order to accomplish strategy is a rare commodity. My experience has been that people that think strategically aren't good at tactics and people that are good at tactics aren't good at strategy. Scott has the combination of both. He also has a very good analytical mind in being able to evaluate results and determine whether or not the tactics needed to be adjusted or revised and/or the strategy needs to be changed. He has been a great help to me personally and has had over the years a significant impact on Godfather's Pizza, Inc."

At first, I wasn't sure about the whole coaching thing, but now I can't imagine not doing it.
Scott has been a huge help! I have always been really focused on design and skipped over the business side of things with SecretPenguin. I really appreciated the candid approach he took with my business. I was also honestly surprised at how down-to-earth and an all around nice guy he is.
Scott has really helped me get more focused and understand how to run a business, and a lot of it came down to serving my clients and focusing on making their businesses successful.
Thank you my friend!
